Part Time Resident Services Coordinator - Charlotte, NC

The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) leads the implementation and coordination of programs and services for children, youth, adults and seniors at two low- to moderate-income housing communities - The Pines at Carolina Place in Pineville, North Carolina and LaSalle at Lincoln Heights in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is 28 hours per week Monday through Friday. The RSC will spend approximately 8 hours per week at the 60-unit property in Charlotte and 20 hours per week at the 200-unit property in Pineville. Hours worked on any given day may fluctuate based on events happening at the property. The RSC implements needs and strengths assessments of the housing complex and local community and coordinates the delivery of programs and services to meet these needs. The RSC establishes partnerships with local service providers to deliver programs and services on-site whenever possible, or refers residents to services in the local community. The RSC is responsible for insuring controls are implemented at the program site level and that department reports and budgets are completed and accurate. The RSC assists with submissions of funding applications and monitors adherence to contractual agreements. The RSC is responsible for managing programmatic outcomes as directed by the vice president of resident services, as well as to grantors and other contractual agreements. The ideal candidate is highly organized and skilled at time management, excels at building relationships, executing programs and services, and will have at least 3-5 years of experience.
