FULL-TIME RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR / SALISBURY, MD

The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) leads the implementation and coordination of programs and services for children, youth, adults and seniors at two low- to moderate-income housing communities in Maryland. One of the properties is a 190-unit property in Cambridge, Maryland and the other is a 120-unit housing community in Princess Anne, Maryland. The RSC would work approximately 20 hours at each property on a weekly basis, for a total of 40 hours weekly. Hours worked on any given day may fluctuate based on events happening at each property. The RSC implements and conducts assessments of the housing complex and local community and coordinates the delivery of programs and services to meet those needs. The RSC establishes partnerships with local service providers to deliver programs and services on-site whenever possible, or refers residents to services in the local community. The RSC is responsible for insuring controls are implemented at the program site level and that department reports and budgets are completed and accurate. The RSC assists with submissions of funding applications and monitors adherence to contractual agreements. The RSC is responsible for managing programmatic outcomes as directed by the vice president of resident services, as well as to grantors and other contractual agreements.

This position is 20 hours per week Monday through Friday. Hours worked on any given day may fluctuate based on events happening at the property. The RSC implements needs assessments of the housing complex and local community and coordinates the delivery of programs and services to meet those needs. The RSC establishes partnerships with local service providers to deliver programs and services on-site whenever possible, or refers residents to services in the local community. The RSC is responsible for insuring controls are implemented at the program site level and that department reports and budgets are completed and accurate. The RSC assists with submissions of funding applications and monitors adherence to contractual agreements. The RSC is responsible for managing programmatic outcomes as directed by the leadership team as well as to grantors and other contractual agreements.
