LaSharn Vines-Goodman Resident Services Coordinator

Ms. LaSharn Vines-Goodman is a Washington DC native and has worked in the human services and public service field for over 25 years. LaSharn has a passion to assist the vulnerable population with access to community resources to promote self-sufficiency, self-development, and self-empowerment. Her extensive experience and knowledge as a case manager, family self-sufficiency program manager, family unification coordinator for the court system, and housing specialist skills has equipped her with the ability to to improve an individual’s quality of life.

LaSharn  graduated from the DC public school system. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Finance at the University of District of Columbia. LaSharn received her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of the District of Columbia. She believes that meeting people where they are in life is the best way to assist them with achieving life goals.
