Arlene Rivera RSC, Washington Dodd Apartments, Orange, New Jersey

Arlene is the resident services coordinator for Washington Dodd Apartments in Orange, New Jersey. Born and raised in New York City, Arlene Rivera holds a bachelor’s degree from Lehman College as a therapist and is currently completing her master’s degree at Louisiana State University. She will hold a Master of Public Administration degree. She has over ten years of experience working in the nonprofit field, primarily with organizations providing direct social services in communities, schools and affordable housing communities. Arlene has a passion for supporting and strengthening underserved individuals and communities.
