Lisa Anastos is the Founding Partner at TECHhood Ventures & Advisory, a global advisory firm providing strategic guidance to technology and tech-related companies across diverse industries. Her distinguished career as an executive, strategic advisor and entrepreneur spans multiple sectors, including venture capital/private equity, financial services, healthcare, real estate, sports, and technology.
Anastos has held executive roles at start-ups, high-growth companies and global corporations. Her experience includes serving as a corporate partner at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis and holding the chief legal position at the private equity fund Falconhead Capital (f/k/a IMG/Chase Sports Capital Partners), as well as at industry-leading technology companies such as Prove, Acoustic and Edifecs. Her career also features significant roles at global financial services firms like American Express and Goldman Sachs.
A passionate advocate for women and children, Anastos serves on the boards of and advises numerous non-profits championing affordable housing, education, healthcare access and women’s rights. She is a founding member of the women’s executive network CHIEF and a founding board member of the international health and humanitarian organization Doctors of the World USA (Médecins du Monde).
Anastos is also an influential figure in the contemporary art world. She founded and led several initiatives, including the Whitney Contemporaries at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and served on the boards of major art institutions such as Creative Time, RxArt,and LAND (Los Angeles Nomadic Division). She has been lauded in Modern Painters magazine as one of their “50 under 50” in its Annual Young Collectors’ List and recognized as an “arts entrepreneur” by The Wall Street Journal.
Anastos is a graduate of The Wharton School of Business and New York University School of Law.
