Linay Reed RSC, The Terraces at Park Heights, Baltimore, Maryland

Linay Reed is a West Baltimore native and dedicated community leader with over 17 years of experience serving Baltimore City families. She spent more than 10 years as a paraprofessional with Baltimore City Public Schools before transitioning into resident services, where she has spent the past seven years building community partnerships, supporting families, and developing impactful resident programs.

In addition to her professional work, Linay serves on several advisory boards focused on strengthening communities and improving outcomes for local families. She is a proud mother of two sons and enjoys reading, thrifting, and giving back to her community.
