Financial Stability seeks to enlighten residents on issues relating to their money matters, such as credit, proper insurance coverage, investments, and savings. Resident housing stability is a large focus of the Resident Services Coordinators’ work. Since 2020, OP has supported 4,700 residents in avoiding eviction.
America Saves Week
We are a national partner with America Saves Week, a program that stresses the importance of paying oneself first. Since 2015, more than 3,000 residents have taken part in this event. Since then, 779 individuals reported saving a combined $328,349. In addition, 203 savings accounts have been opened.
