Operation Pathways is currently an independent 501(c)(3) subsidiary of The NHP Foundation (NHPF). Operation Pathways was launched in 1996 by NHPF to provide programs and service coordination for their residents. As the resident services division grew, it became nationally recognized for its programs and services.
