Kimberly Fountain RSC, Curtis Cofield II Estates, New Haven, CT

Kim Fountain brings 17 years of experience helping individuals of all ages enhance their life skills. She served as a Resident Services Coordinator for Operation Pathways in Stamford, CT, for 8 years, and after time with her family, has rejoined the team in New Haven, CT. Known for her compassion, patience, and ever-present smile, Kim is dedicated to supporting residents.

Kim holds a master’s degree in Counselor Education from Central Connecticut State University and a bachelor’s in Psychology from Teikyo Post University. She also volunteered for 5 years at the VA hospital, supporting veterans and families affected by dementia. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, theater, museums, photography, baking, and believes dancing can solve any problem—often dancing in her kitchen, office, or even the grocery store aisles.
