Jennifer Roy RSC, Hollander Ridge, Baltimore, Maryland

Jennifer (Jen) Roy is the Resident Services Coordinator for Hollander Ridge in Baltimore, Maryland. Originally from Miami, Florida, Jen moved to Knoxville, Tennessee, at age 14, where she completed her high school and college education. In 2010, she relocated to Washington, D.C., to attend law school and began her career in housing non-profits after graduation. Jen moved to Baltimore in 2014, where she served as a post-move case manager for the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership and later as a Resident Services Coordinator at Bolton North Apartments with Operation Pathways/NHP Foundation. She has also worked with the AARP Foundation and Civic Works. Now residing in Howard County with her husband and their dog Truman, Jen enjoys taking walks, reading magazines, listening to music, and relaxing with a good show.
