Jontel Jones is passionate about empowering individuals and strengthening communities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Governors State University and brings more than seven years of experience in behavioral health, case management, and community-based services.

Throughout his career, Jontel has helped individuals access housing, employment, mental health resources, and other supportive services while fostering strong community partnerships. He is committed to creating opportunities for residents to thrive in safe, connected, and supportive communities.

Outside of work, Jontel enjoys biking along Chicago’s lakefront, exploring the city, and spending time outdoors.
