Priscilla Williams RSC, Citadel on Elgin, Houston, Texas

Priscilla Williams was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. After proudly serving four years in the United States Air Force, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of North Dakota. Following graduation, Priscilla began her career as a mental health technician, providing direct support to individuals with disabilities. This experience inspired her to transition into the role of Service Coordinator, where she dedicated five years to helping individuals with developmental disabilities access vital resources and build meaningful connections within their communities.

Priscilla is passionate about empowering others to achieve their goals and discover their own voices. She finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the growth and success of those she supports. Her work is guided by one of her favorite quotes from Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
