Carmen Correa is the resident services coordinator at The Mark Twain and Hotel Covent in Chicago, Illinois. Carmen is driven by her passion to support and empower others on their path to greater economic stability, quality of life and wellbeing. Carmen brings a wealth of experience from previous positions in non-profit organizations. In her previous role as a resident services coordinator in Chicago housing programs, she worked collaboratively with families to identify their strengths and provide support to them as they strived to accomplish their goals. In her free time, Carmen enjoys traveling, taking online trainings, and hosting workshops on dementia and dementia-related illnesses.
